How to reduce radon levels?
Airtech has 30 years of experience in radon reemediation and offers a full range of products and services. If radon levels are high enough to require remediation Airtech may recommend installing positive input ventilation (PIV), which pushes contaminated air from a home, introducing fresh air into the property. Alternatively, in properties where very high levels of radon are encountered the building may need to have an active radon sump fitted with a fan to help reduce indoor radon concentrations. Sumps work effectively under solid floors, and under suspended floors if the ground is covered with concrete or a membrane.
